It would have been helpful to include a sample SDF, but the publisher Ie9 Manage Add Ons includes a short tutorial. Unfortunately, the tutorial assumes the user has downloaded a larger evaluation package. If you have plenty of testing time, and a strong interest in a network update and file management suite, we'd suggest you look for the full evaluation package or find a network admin who uses this suite.
